Important Information

Tuition is due approximately 3 weeks before the beginning of each quarter.  Please see the Dates & Deadlines for the due date for each quarter.

Running Start Enrollment Verification forms must be received in the Admissions/Registration office by the tuition due date every quarter.  Fees are also due at that time.

TUITION IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES ADDED AFTER TUITION DUE DATE.

Withdrawing and Refunds

A student may drop classes up to ten days before the beginning of final exams.  The final date to drop is listed in Important Dates and Times in Registration Information on the Class Schedule webpage.  Students who are receiving financial aid and wish to withdraw completely must inform personnel in the Financial Aid Office.  Courses that are dropped during the first ten days of the quarter are not included on the student’s academic transcript (Summer Quarter: first six days).  Courses dropped after the 10th day will be recorded with a “W” on the transcript.

If you received any type of financial aid, your refund will not be processed until after the third week of classes.  Other refunds typically take approximately two weeks and will be refunded as paid.  If you paid with a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the card.  If you paid with cash or a check, a check will be mailed to you.  If Financial Aid paid your tuition, it will be the same as set up with BankMobile.

Students who stop attending class without withdrawing from the class forfeit all claims to credits or refunds and will receive failing grades.  Students requested to withdraw for disciplinary reasons or delinquent attendance will not be eligible for refunds.  Students who withdraw from a class or from the college using proper procedures may be entitled to a refund on the following basis:

1st week of classes
2nd week of classes
3rd week of classes
After 3rd week of classes
