BBCC Choir presents ‘Voices of Spring’ on March 16

The Big Bend Community College Choir will present “Voices of Spring” on March 16 in Wallenstien Theater at 7:30 p.m.

The performance will be conducted by BBCC music instructor Michael Dzbenski and accompanied by Marina Munter. The choir is comprised of approximately 30 students and members of the community. Admission is free.

Dzbenski has directed choir, music, and theater programs and is passionate about the role of music in the community. He came to BBCC last fall from Fort Scott Community College in Kansas.

The Voices of Spring performance will include classic American folk songs, up-tempo tunes, and a sample of many different genres of music.
