- Attendance is tracked on a spreadsheet which is shared with HR and the deans
- What support can you expect from the eLearning Coordinator? They will train you:
o How to remediate your own documents
o How to create alt-tags for your images
o How to add captions to your videos in Panopto
o How to remediate your Powerpoints
o How to replace pdf journal articles and book scans with library database permalinks
o And more!
Trainings and Labs are held:
- Monday and Tuesday Trainings are on Zoom from 6:30 to 7:30pm
- Friday Trainings are Labs (“work on your course” time) as well. In-person at 9am to 11:00am. Faculty are welcome to work longer in the lab if they wish.
- Schedule individual session with Geri Hopkins, eLearning Coordinator to work with accessibility issues encountered in Canvas courses.
- Walk-in support is often, though not always, available (For example, unavailable if the coordinator is covering lunch shifts in the library or involved in a scheduled support session).
