Big Bend baseball sweeps doubleheader against Wenatchee Valley

Early leads helped Big Bend baseball sweep a doubleheader against Wenatchee Valley on Wednesday.

The Vikings collected 17 hits in their 12-5 game one win.

Big Bend opened up a 3-0 lead in the first inning on RBI singles from Seth Reisbeck and Rich Hekker.
 
The Vikings took a 7-1 lead into the seventh inning before adding three more runs in the inning and two more in the ninth.

Reisbeck finished the game 3 for 4 with three RBIs and three runs scored. Cody Banks continued to swing a hot bat going 2 for 4 with a triple and four runs scored.
