2021 BBCC Job and Career Fair moves online

MOSES LAKE — Dozens of area employers will be looking to connect with job seekers during the 2021 Job and Career Fair scheduled for Thursday, March 25. The annual job fair, which is in its 28th year, is the largest local event that places potential employees and employers under one roof.

This year’s hiring event will take place entirely online. Attendees will have the opportunity to chat one-on-one with employers, as well as upload their resumes, credentials or submit other application documents during the event.

The Job and Career Fair is coordinated each year by WorkSource partners: BBCC, SkillSource, Employment Security Department, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, Job Corps and OIC of Washington.

The virtual gathering will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 2 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

Employers at the event will represent a variety of industries including manufacturing, food processing, retail, service industries, health care, aerospace, education and technology. All employers attending currently have open positions in Grant and Adams counties.

Job seekers will need to register online prior to the event. On the day of the event, attendees will enter a virtual lobby and reserve a spot in line to meet with different employers.

While in line, they will have the opportunity to learn more about employers and see any current job openings and recruitment materials.
