Mission: The purpose of the Rho Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa shall be the promotion of Scholarship, the cultivation of Fellowship, and the development of Leadership and Service among qualified students of Big Bend Community College.

Membership Requirements: Have 12 or more graded credits at Big Bend Community College with a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or higher.
