Between the Summer and Fall schedule you’ll find two courses being offered; MCT 100 – Intro to Modern Technology, and MCT 101 – Mechatronics 101
MCT 100 has superseded/replaced MCT 110 – this course is designed to serve the need/requirement of multiple programs including Simulation Technology (SIM), Computer Science (CS), and the upcoming Manufacturing Technology (MANF) program. This course may also be beneficial to students exploring Workforce Education Programs such as Industrial Systems Technology (IST).
MCT 101 is part of a three part series and primarily for students seeking to pursue Manufacturing Technology. This track is closely aligned with IST – Mechanical Maintenance, and will also have transfer pathway options to EWUs Manufacturing Technology program and Wenatchee Valley’s BAS in Engineering Technology program.
