The GED test is currently a computerized four-part test. Scores from the previous tests (taken before January 1, 2014) are not compatible with the current version of the test. Anyone who took the previous version tests but did not earn the credential will need to take and complete new test and pay the test fees of $30 per test.

GED PREPARATION
Adults 18 and older can take BBCC GED preparation courses for the 4 types of GED tests.
The GED preparation program at BBCC is self-guided and self-paced with assistance from the faculty. Students register for the program, pay the $25 fee, create an account, work through the curriculum, take a topic pretest, take a GED.com “GED-ready” pretest, then take the official GED test for each of the 4 topics.
GED TESTING
GED Testing is provided online at GED.com and On-Campus at the BBCC Testing Center.
Adults age 18 and older without a high school diploma can take prepare for the GED exam series. Students must register, pay fees and schedule the testing online at GED.com….The exam is made up of 4 tests, $30 each in Washington state.
