**Students must reapply for financial aid every year. While most years FAFSA/WASFA applications are available October 1 for the following year, applications for the 2024 – 2025 were delayed to December 31.

To complete the verification form, use one of these tax retrieval methods to make corrections and/or verify your FAFSA information:

• IRS Data Retrieval Tool (2023 – 2024 Verification only)
• Request a Tax Return Transcript directly from the IRS
• Or provide a signed and dated copy of the filed tax return.

Make sure to submit all of the tax information for you and your spouse if married, or you and your parent(s) if dependent.
