Space is limited so reserve your spot before April 9th for the 2025 Annual Big Bend Community College Job & Career Fair.  More than 1,000 visitors connected with over 60 employers, along with Big Bend college programs, and local resource agencies at the 2024 event.

The annual Job and Career Fair is free to the public and hosted by BBCC in partnership with the WorkSource Business Service Team. We have a long history of working with local employers to provide one of the largest events in Washington State. Once you register we will send additional instructions through email communication.

When is the Job & Career Fair?

The fair will take place on April 17th, 2025.

When can I register?

Registration opens on January 21st, 2025, and closes on April 4th, 2025.

What is the cost to participate?

The registration fee is $150 and must be paid prior to the event.

This fee includes:

  • Your organization listed on applicable printed advertising
  • 1 table and 2 chairs (table cover not included)
  • Wireless internet access and power
  • Light morning refreshments and beverages during the event
  • Two box lunches per paid vendor

Additional options:

  • Extra lunches may be purchased for $20 each.
  • Additional tables for large displays are available for $40 (limit 1 per vendor).

What forms of payment do you accept for registration fees?

We only accept payments via credit or debit card. Payment can be securely processed through our registration platform during checkout.

Who attends the fair?

The fair welcomes over 1,000 visitors, including students, graduates, job seekers, local resource agencies, and Big Bend Community College program representatives.

Where will the event be held?

The fair will be held on the Big Bend Community College campus in Moses Lake, WA.

Is the event free for job seekers?

Yes, the annual Job & Career Fair is free for job seekers, including students, alumni, and members of the community.

What is the size of the tables at the Job & Career Fair?

The tables are 6 feet by 2 feet.

How early can I set up my exhibitor space?

You can set up on Wednesday, April 16, from 3-5PM, or on the day of the event (Thursday, April 17) as early as 8:00 AM.
