  • Provides graduates with clinical knowledge and skills to support medical offices in a broad range of areas including medical examinations and phlebotomy, billing insurance providers, and providing patient education.
  • State compliant and regionally accredited
  • Certificate of Achievement (45+ credits) and AAS degree options
  • This program is designed for students who are interested in specializing in the medical office administration and billing. This program includes a combination of medical knowledge, accounting and business skills, and computer applications
  • Multiple certificates available  while progressing toward the completion of the AAS degree options
  • One quarter class
  • Prepares for Washington State exam, licensing, and certification
  • Associate in Nursing – Direct Transfer Agreement/Major Related Program (DTA/MRP).
  • Nationally Accredited: Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
  • Completion of program permits direct transfer to an RN-BSN program
  • Students interested in becoming medical doctors, pharmacists, dentists, veterinarians, optometrists and related careers generally earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in biology and/or chemistry
  • Pre-professional includes those careers that require obtaining graduate-level training and education (doctorate degree)
  • BBCC offers Associate of Science Transfer (AS-T) degrees in Pre-Biology or Pre-Chemistry

This BAS degree builds upon BBCC’s current Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees. The program provides customized high-demand management skills courses geared toward the needs of various industry sectors in the local economy. Perfect for working adults who need more flexibility in their schedules have a job or family responsibilities. Prepares students to move into managerial positions that require a bachelor’s degree or to start their own business
