The Human Resource Office supports the college’s mission to Serve as a Bridge, Stand as a Leader, Support for Success by fostering a positive, supportive, and productive work environment. HR provides services and guidance in the following areas:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Facilitates fair and efficient hiring processes for faculty, staff, and administrators, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and employment laws.
- Employee Relations: Promotes respectful workplace practices, resolves conflicts, and supports employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administers payroll, benefits programs, retirement plans, and compensation structures.
- Training & Development: Coordinates professional development opportunities, compliance training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Supports supervisors and employees in goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensures adherence to federal, state, and institutional employment regulations and policies.
- Labor Relations: Manages collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, and union-related matters.
- HR Technology & Data: Maintains HR systems and provides data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., except for college recognized holidays.
The Human Resource Office is located on the second floor of Building 1400 in Suite 1449.
