Residential Damage Charges 2023-24
Charges are assessed based upon move-out inspections or upon discovery of damages at other times. Residents are not charged for normal wear-and-tear, or for damages noted on move-in inspection forms. If damage in common areas within a hall cannot be traced to a specific individual or group but was in substantial part caused by individuals, groups or guests acting from within the BBCC residence hall the residents of that hall may be charged collectively
