Job & Career Fair Exhibitor FAQ:
Thursday, April 23, 2026, 10am-2pm
Registration is OPEN!
The registration fee is $150 and must be paid prior to the event.
This fee includes:
- Your organization listed on applicable printed advertising
- 1 table and 2 chairs (table cover not included)
- Wireless internet access and power
- Light morning refreshments and beverages during the event
- Two box lunches per paid vendor
Additional options:
- Extra lunches may be purchased for $20 each.
- Additional tables for large displays are available for $40 (limit 1 per vendor).
We only accept payments via credit or debit card. Payment can be securely processed through our registration platform during checkout.
The fair welcomes over 1,000 visitors, including students, graduates, job seekers, local resource agencies, and Big Bend Community College program representatives.
The fair will be held on the Big Bend Community College campus in Moses Lake, WA.
Yes, the annual Job & Career Fair is free for job seekers, including students, alumni, and members of the community.
The tables are 6 feet by 2 feet.
Option 1: Wednesday, April 22nd, 3-5pm (please note all doors are locked in the evening)
Option 2: Thursday, April 23rd (doors open at 8am—please have your table ready before 10am)
