Flagging Certification

This course prepares students for one of the most important and dangerous jobs when construction and maintenance affect the roadway: the Traffic Control Flagger. Students receive a Washington Specific “Traffic Control Flagger Student Handbook” (yours to keep), along with several other handouts and tools to assist individuals when on the job. Students who successfully pass the open-book exam with a percentage of 80% or better,  will receive a certification card, (valid for three years in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana). Students must be a least 18 years of age to attend the class and reading and understanding English is a must.
