Season Outlook
The East Region figures to be a classic battle for the top four playoff spots. The region has been dominated of late by CBC and YVCC and look for those programs to continue to be the teams to beat this upcoming season. WWCC and CCS are always great; and look for TVCC and WVC to compete for a playoff spot.
We are excited about the quality of our freshmen class and hope they will learn the system quick to help offset the loss of our top returning sophomore, Dana Bates, who was lost for the season with a torn ACL prior to the start of official practices. We are counting on great seasons from three returning sophomores in Fales, Poston, and Lindley. And we are expecting several of our new recruits to turn heads in the East Region and have big seasons.
