Welcome to BBCC Financial Aid!

Financial aid can lower the cost of a Big Bend Community College education. BBCC will calculate your eligibility for aid using the federal and state financial aid regulations. Your eligibility will be determined using the information you, and in some cases your parents, submit on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, FAFSA or the Washington Application for State Financial Aid, WASFA.

If you do not have a Ready to Award date and have submitted all of the required documents your date will be the date of the last document submitted. ***

You can check on the status of financial aid application on the Financial Aid Portal. Is your application Ready to Award or are you missing information?

Your User Name is your Social Security number. Your Password is your six digit birthdate in mmddyy format.

Priority Funding Dates

  • Summer/Fall 2015 – April 15, 2015.
  • Winter 2016 – November 2, 2015

Use the  2015-2016 FAFSA for financial aid for quarters that start July 2015 or later.

The FAFSA, the Data Sheet and all requested documents must be received by the Financial Aid Office by the Priority Funding Date.

BBCC awards aid on a first come first serve rolling basis to eligible students as determined by federal, state and institutional regulations, policies and procedures. Students who complete their applications early have a greater chance of receiving the full funding for which they are eligible.

Late applicants may have to pay more of their own tuition, books and living expenses.
