Property:
The Foundation accepts gifts of property, and can sell, lease, and purchase property in support of the college.
In 1998 the Foundation purchased the Opportunity Center. The building has five classrooms and a 26-station computer lab, serving more than 200 students.
The Foundation owns one condominium gifted by a donor, and manages two more condominiums as trustee of a charitable remainder trust.
A gift of a farm was managed by the Foundation for 10 years and sold to create funds for scholarships, faculty and staff development, and various Foundation operations such as special events and alumni outreach.
