Eligibility is determined by federal guidelines. If neither of your parents graduated from a four-year college, you have documented financial need, or you have a physical or learning disability, it is likely that you qualify. In addition, you must be a U.S. citizen or Resident Alien, and have demonstrated an academic need for the program. SSS will provide testing and documentation of academic need.
