"The feedback from the Practical Leadership and Managing Conflict workshops was that they were informative.  For those whom may have already known the info, they were glad to be refreshed on it as well as validated in their thinking and practicing.  For those to whom this info was new, they thought it was wonderful and are trying to practice it in their lives at work as well as out in the public.  The instructor was well informed and was able to answer questions, and seemed to enjoy doing what she was doing which is always conducive to learning.  I personally enjoyed the class and look forward to learning more, and to see the subject matter practiced and to watch as our employees grow."  Jeanne - Columbia Basin Hospital
