Yoga– Are you ready to enjoy the benefits of improved flexibility, joint mobility, muscular toning, and stress reduction? If so, come join us in a yoga workshop. Learn basic yoga postures, along with simple breathing an mediation techniques that will strengthn and re-energize your physical body, along with improve flexibility. Hatha yoga is an ancient East Indian method of exercise which teaches a balance of mind and body. You will engage in a variety of postures and breathing exercises that you can incorporate into a daily routine. Please dress comfortably and bring both some form of thin mat and a lightweight blanket.
