Alcohol Information for the Grant County Advanced Technologies Information Center (ATEC)
- Beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages permitted
- Food must also be served at your event
- A signed and dated Alcohol Request for Campus form is required
- A Certificate of Insurance naming BBCC additional insured for 1 Million dollars for the date of the event is required.
- Sodexho Inc. has a alcohol permit so they can service all of your alcohol needs if required.
- Sodexho is required to serve the beer and/or wine. Additional serving fees may apply.
- There are additional security requirements and fees for events with alcohol.
